You may return undamaged products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process promptly.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

For non-quality-related issues, please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos showing all items and the original packaging to verify the product is in good condition

Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

    Note:

    *Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee will only be accepted within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. For purchases made outside the official Doss website or our Amazon stores, please contact the relevant seller for returns and refunds.

    *Shipping fees must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

    • For non-quality issues
    • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
    • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
    • Buyer’s accidental returns
    • Returning items that are claimed to have defects, but were later inspected by Doss's quality control to be in working condition
    • Returning defective items via international shipping
    • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

    2. Wrong Item Received

    If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct item or refund your payment.
