 2.  Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.

3. Tracking Your Package
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package using this number on the shipping carrier’s website.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times vary based on location. Please note that these are business days estimates and may be subject to delays due to local circumstances or unforeseen events:
United States: 3-7business days
European Union: 3-7 business days
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
Australia: 3-5 business days
Canada: 3-7business days
Japan: 2-7business days
Asia (excluding Japan): 7-20 business days
Other Areas: 7-20 days.
Note: Due to a high volume of orders, if the warehouse closest to you is out of stock, we may ship your order from another warehouse. However, this is an uncommon occurrence. If this does happen, your shipping time may be extended to 7-20 days, depending on the logistics notifications. If you have specific delivery time requirements for your order, please choose the expedited shipping service.
