1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued. However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return undamaged products for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin the refund process.

To initiate a return, please contact our Support Center at Contact@dossav.com and provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos showing all items and the original packaging to confirm that the product is in good condition

Note:

*For non-quality issues, the customer needs to pay for the shipping fee.

*Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee will only be accepted within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. For purchases made outside the official Doss website or our Amazon stores, please contact the relevant seller for returns and refunds.

3. Wrong Item Received or Quality-Related Issues

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct item or refund your payment.

For defective or faulty products, kindly send photos or videos of the product to Contact@dossav.com. Once confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Please note: This policy does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or other forms of product abuse.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
